Whisky Cake in Winter Scene Tin
The recipe for this luxurious cake includes the best quality vine fruits in generous quantities to create a subtle flavour and pleasantly moist consistency. Shortbread House has sourced one of Scotland’s most prestigious single malt whiskies from a proud, independent distillery to add to this cake. This whisky is carefully matured in hand-selected oak caskets, and soaks the dried fruit prior to baking. Lastly, the whisky is absorbed by the cake for an added richness to the taste that is second to none.
Available from July to December each year.
